Cancellation & Refund Policy

The service provider saipavan.in conducts business with the intention of supporting its customers beyond what is necessary, and has a liberal Cancellation Policy as such. Under this policy:
No cancellations will be acceptable except if the customer wishes to cancel the order he has placed the same day. However, the cancellation request may not be granted where the orders or services have been delivered to customer.
saipavan.in does not entertain cancellation requests on such items like digital products. However, replacement will be accepted if the customer proves that the quality of the delivered product is not good.
In the event that you have received a defective or damaged product kindly let our Customer Service know. The request will however be entertained once the merchant has conducted his/her check and determined the same at his/her end. This should be reported within the same day that the products are received in the company.
If you are dissatisfied as the received product does not match the description displayed on site or the actual one you desired, you should inform our customer service team the same day you received such product. The customer service team after considering your complaint will make an appropriate action.
